A message from Stuart J Soloway, Chair of Trustees:

Last year I indicated to the Trustee and management team that after 10 years as Chair of Trustees, I would not be standing for re-election at the 2024 AGM.

I am pleased to let you know that the Board of Trustees has agreed that my role will be taken by two existing Trustees acting as Co-Chairs.

Current Trustees Vicky Greig and Charlotte Kohnhorst will stand for election as Co-Chairs at the November 2024 AGM.

By a coincidence of timing a number of long serving and experienced Trustees will not be standing for re-election this year. Knowing this we have been actively recruiting and I am pleased to say that there will be a similar number of new Trustees standing for election this year. They each have highly relevant experience and skills and some are either current or past parents.

This means that Playskill will continue to be governed by a strong Trustee team who share our passion to achieve the very best outcomes for our children and their families, and possess all the necessary qualities to lead our future development.

More details of the way the Board will be organised in the future will be announced over the coming months.
