Working for Award winning charity Playskill with pre-school age children with physical difficulty in a play based setting with a multi-disciplinary team based in Watford, but also working in Hemel Hempstead. 
We are looking for a person experienced in administration and IT to help with co-ordination of the 6 groups that Playskill runs. 
  An understanding of the new Data Protection laws is essential. You will have a crucial role in organisation of the team in our new office, liaising with parents and organising written communications working alongside an Administration assistant and co-ordinating a group of volunteers working for the office. 

You will have a responsible attitude and a good understanding of administration systems, maintaining records of children, making and managing appointments. You will have experience in excel, access, and word plus an ability to use Mailchimp. You will be aware  of Office 365’s capabilities. You will need to have good communication, empathy, numeracy and administrative skills. You will have good electronic record keeping, providing accurate information and dealing with both internal and external agencies. 
Working 21 hours per week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays from our base in Watford, some flexible working is available in school holidays, early start Mondays and Tuesdays but finish time for school pick up. Rate £9.04  £12.50 [including holiday pay] depending on experience, with pension option. DBS & references required.

PLAYSKILL is an award winning Charity operating in Watford and Hemel Hempstead.  Our skilled team work with children who have a wide range of disabilities in parent/carer and child groups.  We achieve outstanding results consistently beating the improvement targets which are agreed for each child.

Financially sound and with good governance we are now poised for a period of expansion.

We are looking for experienced, skilled and capable people to join our Trustee team. We are looking for candidates who will bring new skills in all areas but particularly Finance and in Fundraising and Marketing.  Candidates who will enjoy and add value to our current team of Trustees.
