SPEECH and LANGUAGE THERAPIST

We are looking for an experienced Paediatric SLT to join our multi-disciplinary team, for the charity Playskill, with pre-school age children, working in a play based setting. Mondays, term-time, 9-12.15pm and 12.15pm to 3.30pm term-time, in Watford. 

Qualified paediatric experience is an essential requirement. You will have experience in working with children who have complex needs and a range of associated communication difficulties, as well as knowledge of AAC. Knowledge of Makaton signing is highly desirable; experience in paediatric dysphagia would be beneficial. Applicants need to be fit for pre-school based work. The role also involves supporting staff and parents with training.

Rate from £20.83 per hour depending on experience. [including holiday pay], with pension option. DBS & references required. 

Informal visits welcomed Mondays 14th January 2018. Start date Monday 28th January 2019.

Financially sound and with good governance we are poised for a period of expansion.  We are now looking for a new Finance Trustee to join our team. Finance records kept in Xero, an understanding of this is essential to the role
